OUR SERVICES
Industrial waste treatment and disposal services include:
- Sort and dispose non-hazardous industrial wastes into a sanitary landfill
- Take hazardous industrial waste or used industrial chemical waste to the recycling process.
- Contact and/or coordinate with the regulators to apply for permission to transport waste or unused materials from a client factory.
- Advise on industrial waste management based on academic principles and regulations.
Both companies have been granted factory licenses from the Department of Industrial Works, Ministry of Industry to operate business of segregation and sanitary landfill operations for non-hazardous wastes or unused materials (105), and to recycle non-hazardous and hazardous wastes by using specific processes (106). However, Clean and Green has factory license no. 88 with additional no.101. These allow the company to construct power plant and can use hazardous and non-hazardous industrial wastes as fuel.
Waste types that can be processed included:
- Wastes or unused materials resulting from manufacturing processes or operational preparation, such as:
Stone, lime, sand scraps
Natural rubber scraps
Plastic or synthetic rubber scraps
Metal and alloy scraps
Plant parts and scraps
Fabric, yarn, or textile scraps
Wood scraps
Paper scraps
Animal fat scraps
Glass, mirror, glazed tile, or ceramic scraps
- Wastes or unused materials generated from production processes or factory operations, such as:
Sludge from wastewater treatment plant or water treatment plant
Spent sand from casting molds
Spent refractory or heat-resistant materials
Slag, ash, and spent catalysts
Dust collected from air pollution control systems
For a factory license No.106, the company is allowed to treat and dispose industrial wastes as follows:
- Spent lubricating oils and coolants through recycling process
- Paint residue, paint sludge, contaminated fabric scraps, and contaminated gloves (containing paint, oil, or solvent) through blended fuel process
- Wastes or unused materials mixed with cement and water for producing interlocking bricks, paving bricks, concrete blocks, or concrete rings for a septic tank

Operational Procedures
Collect industrial wastes from producers/generators.
Transport industrial wastes to a certified factory.
Weigh and inspect industrial wastes, then proceed to their specific disposal procedures.
Transportation System
Industrial wastes will be transported from customer factories to the Industrial Waste Disposal Centers. During transportation, the company has implemented an efficient transportation system that allows for complete control and inspection at every step. The transport vehicles are specifically designed for transporting various types of industrial wastes.
- Transport vehicles used include a tanker truck for liquid waste, a roll-off truck that can move roll-off box to different locations, and a drum truck for solid waste or 200-liter drums. All drivers are trained and hold a class 4 driving license.
- A manifest is a document issued by a waste producer (customers). The manifest must specify a disposer company, type of transport vehicle, a driver's name, a vehicle plate number, a transport period, and details of the industrial waste to be transported. The driver must carry the manifest with the vehicle while transporting.
